Most Kaja bathroom remodels in Metro Detroit land between $9,000 and $40,000: about $9,000–$13,000 for a shower area, $18,000–$25,000 for a guest or mid-size bath, and $30,000–$40,000 for a master bath. Here is what moves a project within those ranges.

What you're paying for
Every price is built from three things.
1. Labor
Demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile setting and finish work — the crew days it takes to build it correctly.
2. Schluter® waterproofing & building materials
The Schluter system behind the tile, plus backer, framing, drywall and everything structural you'll never see again once it's finished.
3. Finishes
Tile, vanity, fixtures, faucets, mirrors and lighting. This is the part you control — and the part that moves the number the most.
